Subway India is not up to the brand international standards.
I've ordered a tuna sandwich via Zomato, but I could not eat that due to the fact that, instead of the tasty pink tuna fish, the restaurant cheated using a disgusting and cheap grey mackerel meat, (wich I dislike deeply). Moreover, the fish was so bad taste, that not even my cats wanted to eat it.
When I complained via the official channel, Subway claimed that restaurant must have received a different fish meat instead of tuna; no excuses or else were given by Customer Care.
Sorry but no sorry.
This is the way, foreign brands are cheating indians (Domino's, KFC etc) because they does not know how the real products are made of. Was this information helpful? |
