Sudhakar — Disconnect the tikona service


After my friend recommendation of tikona broad band i requested for new connection in my place on 15.08.2016. one mr. ashok (mobile no [protected]) visited my place on the same day and sent a technician by name satish (mobile no [protected]) the next day he came on 16.08.2016 and checked the feasibility. and he said every thing is fine i will do the installation. i said go a head. he installed some instrument on the top of the building and worked for some time and said there some problem in the tower and said to make payment through neft through proper channel from your website amounted 2329/- for three month subscription. kindly find the attachment of the payment receipt. after that both are not receiving the calls. i register the complaint my user id is [protected] and one my name mr narayana swamy ([protected]) come down today ie 19.08.2016 at around 11.00 am and worked on it till 4.00 pm without resolving the problem and left the place saying there some tower problem. from 15.08.2016 to till date there no proper net connection. after that the complaint was registered on 19 aug twice 23 aug and 26 aug twice every time it stars working it used to work for only a couple of hour and days together it will not work i have request mr narayana swamy to go for a disconnection once the subscribed time is over he came to my place and said he as mailed to the concerned person it will be done before 15 of nov so far no one as called up or came to disconnect the service now i got a message a bill amount of 273.23 is due on 22.11.2016 politely i am saying kindly send the concern person disconnect the service with a proper document sent along with him.
Now either resolve the problem by tomorrow or necessary action will be take. regard this as serious issue.
