Hello suguma, this is amit massand. I have booked my ticket online by providing my email id and mobile number. Ticket was booked immediately. Now i want to cancel my ticket since last 3 days but website isn't not responding. It's showing my email i'd and mobile number is mismatched even though i got ticket in same mobile number and same email i'd. After calling many times and went and met personally was goes in vain. Online phone number of sugama is showing it's under maintenance. I have sent email a number of times but no reply. My ticket pnr is 4862533. Please resolve it and give my refund back.
