Sulekha.com — account manager sold fraudulent scheme. not addressing the issue and neither issuing refund

I had taken services from sulekha.com for my business intuit education in mumbai. My account manager reached out to me with a bogus scheme, the details of which are as follows:

1) that zuber kazi had reached out with an offer to load rs 90, 000/- into my client’s account dated 28.01.2020.
2) that my client was told that if he added rs 90, 000/- along with gst, then his account will be added with rs 45, 000 as a bonus extra if he would give confirmation on the same day along with the 30% increase in the lead flow along with direct leads starting the 2nd week of february.
3) that my client had made a payment of rs 1, 06, 200 on 29.02.2020, bearing e-order id[protected]Ref: customer id[protected].
4) that my client made payment of the same had been converted into emi.
5) that my client paid the emi of rs 8, 296.39 on 23.02.2020 (Ref: transaction details -
M - razorpay payments, p:02, 0000538 ref: 09999999980223004001128).
6) that my client called zuber kazi on 03.02.2020 for offloading extra bonus amount but he mentioned that he was no longer with sulekha and has now moved to times.
7) that my client has no knowledge as to till date who has replaced zuber and whom to reach out for with my escalation concerns.
8) this caused a lot of mental harassment on the client who got frustrated for investing such a huge amount of money and not receiving the extra bonus as promised.
9) when the client tried to contact your concern for the dispute to be redressed there was no proper response that the client had received from your end.
10) that not bonuses as promised and not intimating to the business falls under unfair trade practices on your part.

Respected sir, this incident happened in february. Zuber kazi was going to leave the company and hence reached out to me with a scheme that he was probably not in a position to sell. He never ever picked up my call after that. After multiple attempts to contact and resolve the issue, there was no response. The company reached back to me only after i sent them a legal notice and multiple correspondences to help resolve the matter. This person mathew, was merely a customer service representative who has been no better than the one before them. He tried to understand the issue, and i had to repeat it to them all over and over again but to no avail. I requested them to take it in writing and provide me in writing what the matter was and why was it taking so much of a time. But they simply don't. They would rather harass me than assure that the matter will be dealt with. I have stopped using their services about 6 months back and have been requesting refund of my balance amount in the wallet since i no longer wish to associate my business with a company that promotes unethical and immoral practices. I have been sending them emails since may to terminate all services and issue a refund of the balance amount but they are systematically ignoring, not responding, and have caused me to waste my precious time, money, and peace of mind in chasing them.

Sulekha.com currently has over 2 lakh rupees of mine in their account. I am not happy with the company and do not wish to continue with their services. They have stopped all communications and not giving back my money. Please help me get justice. I have been harassed by this company to no ends! Extremely poor customer service and 0 support for the business owners who trust and invest with them.

I request you to look into the matter and i am willing to provide all information necessary for you to file this complaint. I wish to press legal charges for harassment too.

P. S. I am not interested in getting on a call with them since they promise one thing and do not keep them. This has happened to me multiple times over this entire episode. They will not give anything in writing and make fake promises on call that will never be addressed. Please help

We regret for the inconvenience caused. The commitment of bonus Rs. 45000/- could not be honored, since the same is not captured in Order form send to you during booking of contract.

E-order is the legal document, any commitment given in written or oral beyond the order form doesn’t stand valid

However, we request you to share us any proof of the commitment given by Zuber to review and then to take action on it.

Hello Sulekha Team,

I have provided all the necessary proofs to Mathews who has been in touch with me on behalf of Sulekha. I have uploaded all the documents here and shared all the relevant files with him.

I see no resolution in sight yet. However, sufficient evidence has been provided that I have been in touch with Sulekha from day 1 regarding the fraud that was committed by then Sulekha employee Zuber Kazi. His reporting manager Bina was made aware of the issue and was repeatedly asked to look into the matter. My multiple requests to raise a complaint and an investigation in the matter was ignored by all of Sulekha employees.

Apart from all that has been shared, what do you need specifically?

Despite multiple requests to send me the E-order and all the commitments in writing, it was never sent to me by Sulekha. My order was not processed as per the normal working of Sulekha and I had to chase you to have it loaded on my account. Neither was the proposal sent and nor any details after the order was executed. It has been almost 9 months since the incident and your executive Bina and Anju blatantly lie that they are not aware of the matter despite them being tagged on all of the email correspondences.

Your executives have ignored me completely. They didn't reply to my emails, they didn't pick up my calls, they didn't respond to my msgs and I have ample of evidence uploaded herein to show that there has been neglect on your behalf regarding this entire episode.

What would you like to say about all of that?

This is one of biggest frau company and never give leads an take monethly charges without fail.
I have been facing the same problem. Sulekha.com is making big fraud and earing money from people without giving service.
