T is very frustrating to see that Sulekha Customer Care representatives just do not care about customers. It has been over 72 hours that I have been trying contact Sulekha Customer Care repeatedly, at least 5 or 6 times a day over call and the only response I get is that you will be contacted soon.
What sort of service is this, that is being provided by Sulekha? First of all, you have tie-ups with fraudulent vendors and then you even go to the extent of harassing customers from whom you get service yourselves?
You have taken harassment and arrogance to another level altogether. You have an ultimatum of providing your revert by today eod, failing which I will be left with no option but to file a legal case with the Consumer Court, all my previous emails will be used against you.
