The room is available and fully furnished. It's a 2(two) bedroom apartment in which both rooms have their own attached bathroom and it's located at 220 W Washington St Chicago, Illinois 60606, I stay in the other room but unfortunately I'm at work, I work with the U.S. Naval Research Laboratory till July 25th but we can proceed with the rental terms, there is ease of access to public transport, grocery stores and room is well furnished as seen in the pictures below. I can mail the keys if we reach an agreement. All utilities for each month have been included in the rent.

Rent deposit and fees: Rent per/month 600 and one time security deposit of 600 which is fully refundable at the end of your stay. Attached are the pictures of the room I'm renting and the common areas which we'll be sharing. You can text me on[protected] for more details.

From last 15 days I am waiting for their resolution. Whenever I call them they tell me to "please disconnect this call and wait for RMZ call from my team". I am listening the same from last 15 days. And everyday 15 to 20 times whenever I call but I never got call from them.
I had writtena review and I wanted to delete that, for that one second job they are taking more than 2 week.
It is very irritating see there unprofessional and an irresponsible behaviour and work culture.
They don't take seriously off any issue.
I am quite being mentally harass everyday.
Its like infinite resolution time when they would never resolve.

I live in rajasthan and I regestered at sulekha.com for full time maid requirements, after a few days I got many messages from few agencies about the maid . I selected a maid from shivkripa placement services mahabaleshwar, the dealer was manoj prajapati then I talked to him and made a payment of ₹9000 he asked for all the details, and told that the maid will be provided in 10-12 days . Now, he is not answering my calls and replying the messages

The above advertisement was posted by someone on sulekha. She said her name was Masetty Neha Sai and that she works for US Naval Research Laboratory and her phone number she gave was +[protected]. She posted an ad for renting a room from a 2br apartment near Jackson Health system at Miami( my work place) she said she wouldnt be able to come until july 25th but to reserve a room she said she would send the keys via mail after i paid 1200 dollars. I said i will pay 100 or 200 and pay the remaining amount after coming there. She suggested i pay 300 which i did. After which she never responded about the keys.

Please delete my account effective immediately I've been getting alot of calls and I don't know why, I was just searching for coachings in my area and more than 10+ people have called me related to that.

This site is using some of its paid employees or the they are the ones who created this junk to rob money out of people. The people who runs it, they are the ones who would respond to your posts and to make it look like someone is responding. But later they disappear or make an excuse that they found it somewhere else. What a fraud! Don't waste your money on this fraudulent website called Sulekha.com.

I applied for SAP training for my daughter at sulekha.com and lot of companies contacted me.

Finally I signed up my daughter with a company called https://usglobalsoft.com/

This company is a complete fraud. They did training for a few days till they got the money from Paypal.

Then they stopped doing training and now they have stopped responding to texts.

Does Sulekha do any validation. I have a feeling most if not all Indian companies that offer training through Sulekha are fraudulent company.

Sulekha should do a proper background check of the companies that it allows to access potential customers.

I will also file a complaint with the FBI and make sure these frauds are sent back to where they came from.

I was posted a Ad on 2 years ago, , Which belongs to group of employees, they ask me do to post a Ad, i also agreed to post as broker, but after that Whenever i am posting of my own things it shows as Broker, i met local ref. of sulekha, he made correct it, but today i am trying to post my own Adv it shows again as Broker, i unable to post even single Ad to Sulekha, MY numbers are [protected] / [protected], kindly update your record as owner for future all post.

I put the request of refrigerator repair from your shlekha app on 3rd June, in which a person came from a shop whose name of shop is BHART REFERIGERATION and the name of the person who came to my house is sayed akbar ali who repaired my refrigerator and took an amount of Rs.2450 . But after 3 days the refrigerator got damaged again and there is no help from their side, please refund me if I don't have money, this complaint will go on and on and this was my first experience with suleka which turned out to be quite useless.
