[Resolved] Sulekha.com — Company making false commitment and serious misbehavior with customer | |||
Hello Sir/Madam I want to bring your attention to the fact that your customer care representative is making false commitment and serious misbehave with customers. Form your company I received calls for 2 or 3 times for opening a premium account in Doctor and Psychiatrist section. Then I confirmed a meeting. You telecaller said in Silver Pack for 12 Months I will get confirm 50 leads every month, but when your representative came to my house he said no it will be hardly 20 leads. I cancelled this deal then and there. Again that telecaller (Tina) called me and said it will be 50 leads, but company never says this, and even if i didn't get that much Tina will fix it. So I confirmed another meeting. Next day that same person came to my house and said, "Don't worry madam, no need to call Tina anymore, I will fix 50 leads every month if you didn't get this." On 18/04/2016 I purchased a Silver Pack worth of 3435/- from your company and there after having the amount nobody call me regarding the status of my account. The telecaller name was Tina, when I called her after 3 days, she said that it is not her responsibility to inform me my account status, rather I should call the person named KAMALENDU NASKAR ([protected]) who came to my house as a company representative. I called him 3-4 days and every time he made an excuse that, he has no information and he is very busy. Today I called him again and he said "I can not do anything of him, even if he doesn't give me my account status", and also used abusive languages then cut my call. I called customer care they said my account is in pending situation. And then they asked me for my confirmation regarding account activation. I gave them confirmation. Your customer care representative madam said it will be active and some one will call me to confirm. But I can not sure now, very confused. All I want to know how company will take action against such activity and will you can any action against this person Name KAMALENDU NASKAR.
