Sulekha.com — fake promises on lead generation packages

Dear team,

We have been approached by sulekha team for generating leads for our products / services. They have given a fake statistical report of last 30 days leads flow (Which we came to know after we started using their services).
This fake report was given by josmine (A manager of sulekha from chennai) when one of the representative who visited us to explain the services has connected a call to her manager to discuss in detail. That was josmine (The manager to fake out the details.)

1st fake promises by josmine (The manager) on 9th sep 2019 (Approx): about 150 enquires for website design and development from vizag, vizayanagaram and srikakulam. And 70-80 leads for bulk sms.
Impressed with the lead flow we availed their basic package (Prime package) of 6, 000+18% gst=7, 080 inr

After about 15 days we were not much satisfied with the lead flow. When we spoke to our account manager (Jyothi). She came with a new story. The story goes as below:
"we are in prime package so we will be only 50-60% of the leads also because we are limited to vizag only so we are getting less leads.
She suggested to go for prime plus with multi city whole andhra where we will be getting 100% leads from whole andhra for our product/service enquiry in sulekha.
Again a execuitve visited and explained and jyothi promised to get a guaranteed leads of 130-150 leads a month and she started doing a followup.
A followup of more than 10 times a day with unknown numbers. Finally after her assurance and promise we have gone for prime plus package at cost of 20, 000+ 18%gst=23, 600"

After using 15 days in prime plus we hardly received atlest 10 proper leads in a month.
Right from nov 1 to 30 nov we are approaching to resolve the problem or to refund the payment as they said if we dont like the service they refund the payment by deducting the platform charges of 300 inr/month and the cost of the leads which they shared to us.
After raising the complaints for refund. Mr. Khalid has spoke to us and again gave a fake promise that he sorted the things and now we will be receiving 5-6 leads per day but as usual nothing happened after that and he as usual stopped picking up the call.
Josimne the manager met us on 21st-nov and promised to sort out the things max by 23rd nov 2019. But after that she also started not to respond for the phone calls and started being rude. I must say very very rude. Dosent fit to be a employee. Forget about being a manager.

But:
1. Neither they are refunding the payment
2. Nor solving the problem
3. Nor responding to the call (Jyothi, josmine, khalid)

Important information:

1. Josmine number: the manager of sulekha, chennai ([protected], [protected], [protected])
2. Jyothi number: account manager of mine ([protected])
3. Khalid number from refund team ([protected])

Also i am attaching the order confirmation mail and documents which they sent for e-order. Every time we talk to them they come up with their new terms and conditions.

Also we can share all the voice call recording which took place between me with jyothi, khalid and josmine right from sep 10, which will help you to understand how much fake and fraud business they do.
Whenever we talk to them they always say it is a dialer and recorded call so whatever they say is genuine. Also we have raised ticket in their business app for less lead flow and refund but they dosent care at all. They come up with one common story line "now we have updated the things, from now your lead flow will increase"

I request the team to take a strict action against them, so that no other company/individual are looted by them.

Dear Team,

Dont fake the things. I didnt receive any call for solution. The CSE gave a call just because i raised a ticket in Your App for refund.

Be clear and transparent. You people dont understand the soft words. and when customers use valgur words you people start saying customers are not decent. You better understand it.

Come with a Solution on refund or give a proper service but dont fool people and do fraud business.
