Hi myself debasisa prusty. I have availed the fridge repair service. The person name he said is hussain and his contact number is: [protected]. He said the defrost timer need to be replaced for my videocon refrigerator. He said the part name is motherboard i could not understand what is motherboard of refrigerator. The part which he replaced and charged me rs 2100 /- and i enquired from outside repair shop its called defrost timer and the actual price should be rs 500 not 2100/-. I asked husain to refund the remain money immediately he is denying to refund the money. I have no choice i will have to complain at consumer court. Was this information helpful? | |||
