Sulekha.com — priority ad posted for renting out a 3 bhk villa in hyderabad - not visible - no responses - request action

I had posted an ad to rent out a 3 bhk villa in golden palms colony, (Modi bungalows) at ramachandrapuram, ameenpur panchayat, hyderabad. The ad id:[protected]. The same ad was upgraded to the priority package of 900 /- (Vide booking order no: 702072 and transaction reference 40117 dated[protected].09 pm)... But the ad is not visible with the image of the house and other particulars either in the mobile app or computer system.... No one has contacted me till date.

When complained to the customer care no[protected] and[protected] the service personnel kept me waiting for a long time. The first responding attendant informed me that the said advt is not registered then he kept me on hold and said that the ad is now visible in her system. She requested me to check up in my dashboard... But i could not see the advt with the image of the villa in the dashboard.

I informed about the same through my second call to the sulekha customer care. She kept me on hold for some time and informed that i can see the image of the house now. I informed her that it may be visible in the sulekha.com software but it is not visible in the other sustems / mobile apps. She insisted me to visit the site again to check the image.... Still it is not visible.

Sir, first of all, the advt was not upgraded till i informed the customer care of sulekha... Secondly, the advt is not visible to the customers for the houses for rent in their systems / mobile... Of course it may be visible in the sulekhas software.... If i search my dashboard after sign in, it is not visible with image and other particulars... Of course it is visible if i select and enter into edit advt option...
Further the remarks show that the experts have not seen the post

Please do the needful. Keep the ads visible to the c u s t o m e r s with image and details.

This is the second time i am facing the problem with the sulekha... It spoils its reputation.

I sincerely and humbly request for a good post with image and details in the site...
