Respected sir / madam. I had spoken with the tele caller named supriya and she asked to pay the money to get the leads. I had paid the money to the sulekha company. After paying the money she said i will get the welcome call from the customer care. She said after welcome call account will be activated. I didn't get any welcome call from the customer but my account is activated. She didn't inform me about the monthly charges. I had applied for the vizag leads. I got the number of the person who is staying in hyderabad. Iam dealing with upvc windows and doors. I got the number of the person who is seeking for aluminium shutters. They had given the fake leads and they are collecting money from my account.

My account had been kept on hold by the branch. When i called to the customer care they are repeatedly saying account is active. One of the customer care executive named sangeetha is very harsh. I said i will give complaint. She said you can do what you want.

Please do the needful.

I have got this contact from sulekha and i trusted sulekha, that is the reason i have given contract for water treatment for my flat to amma water proofing service, ram nagar hyderabad. Bedore i gave control to this guy, he was talking so nice and explained everything
After i hvs given. Contract to him he used less quality material and after 1 week only again i see water seepage issue. I called him, he said i will come tomorrow but he didn't come. Now he is attending my call. It is one of the worst worst service... I may loose trust on sulekha, if you will not resolve my issue.

I have a running lead subscription with sulekha. Packege 52 leads and sulekha commited if any lead become worthless for your bussiness than this lead will scraped within 3days. And give fresh lead for ur bussiness.
And sulekha providing mi around 67 leads almost 85% worthless for my bussines.
But now sulekha executive say your contract has been expired so you renue this contract (Top up this contract)

Am saying lot of times a you do the ur first role of lead commitment than i will decide... Next top up, renuwal.
And i am not given any commitment renuwal.

So sulekha send worthless lead therefore my balance was exhausted. And time frame of replace lead was 3 day than also he do only 12 lead scraped.

So sulekha playing my lead bussiness balance money and he providing fake lead mostoff.

I tried to update my phone number and delete a review on alliance home packers and movers, but no one is helping from their end. Customer service is very poor.

They cheated us by charging 10k inr extra, they will give you one quotation before delivery and charge you 10k extra after delivery, if you are not paying, they will not give your parcel. We faced this situation, they sent only 2 delivery boy for shifting at 4th floor and asked us to help them and gave 2000rs which will be refunded, they did not refund it, whenever we are calling the agent they are laughing at us. Also we got damaged parcel and all glass items were broken. Worst company, beware of this cheater

I have got a mechanic from your listings for my washing machine repair. Instead of repair the product is more vulnerable now. The technician is not responding since 2 days.

I have a running subscription with sulekha. However, my credit was exhausted and had to top up my account to receive more leads. An associate named vani mohan from the bangalore office contacted me and asked me to transfer the money to her using "google pay". I had completed the transaction and then received a verification call from the team, however, even after changing my company name and its details the person verifying my information was reading out my old company name. Then i get to know that my account has gone on hold because of this nonsense. Now when i call vani mohan she does not answer her calls. My services have not been active for 2 days, and my employees are sitting doing nothing.
I want my service to be activated and compensated for the 2 days of inactivity.
The customer service is the worst.

What kind of service is this.
Atleast respond or send a update on transport.

Dear friends, i have been a customer of sulekha but unfortunately it's a cheating business of sulekha. I have paid my hard earned money to sulekha and cheated by them. They give you fake promises, my request to everyone here please don't choose sulekha at any cost. Am following with them for my amount refund since 3 months but no response from them. Kindle please don't get convinced with their fake promises.

This website should make things better as far as privacy concern. They need to know the limitation on their customers phone number access. Make sure my account and phone number gets deleted from their system...

I had posted an ad to rent out a 3 bhk villa in golden palms colony, (Modi bungalows) at ramachandrapuram, ameenpur panchayat, hyderabad. The ad id:[protected]. The same ad was upgraded to the priority package of 900 /- (Vide booking order no: 702072 and transaction reference 40117 dated[protected].09 pm)... But the ad is not visible with the image of the house and other particulars either in the mobile app or computer system.... No one...

On 23rd march 2019, i have registered a request to get my sonly bravia led tv repaired on sulekha.com. Soon after a i registered the request, i received a call enquiring the tv complaint details and my address.in the next moment, tv technicians started to call me. The very first person called me is mr. S sheik mohammed from shifa electronics. Also, he informed that, it will cost 3500 rs to get it repaired. I agreed his conditions and asked him to come home. Later few other technicians also called me, few guys told me that they can try to repair it with low cost. But told them that, another technician has agreed to come before they call me. Next day (24th march) mr. S sheik mohammed came in the evening. Once again, he reminded that, if tv gets repaired he will charge 3500 rs. He opened the tv, did some tricks which i have watched already on youtube with the title “how to fix double imaging on sony bravia”. He did as seen in that video and that tricks did not work. And he screwed back the tv. The mechanic told that, we need to replace the display panel and he must order it from delhi. The total cost will be 12500 including his service charge for that. Collected cash of rs 7000 from me as an advance amount for this purpose. Also he has agreed that, within a week, he will come and replace the panel. Later he did not contact me. After 2 weeks, i called him and asked the status. He told that, he did not get the new display panel yet and told me to wait few more days. I waited for another 2 weeks. He never called me after collecting the money. April last week, i called him again. We must dial his number several times, because he never attends the call. Sometimes he will attend the call and tell me like, “he has received a lot previous day, he will check the required display panel in that lot and let me inform. But he never calls back us. He told the same story to me 2-3 times in a gap of 1 week. After few days i called him again. After several missed called, finally he attended my call and asked my name and address and then he put the phone call on hold. Later he said me that he has received few lots and he found a sony display panel. And he added that, 700b series panel he has received and mine is 700c. He told that, he will use an adapter and verify that panel can be connected to my tv display. He told he will call me back on next day. But he did not call me. Then i called him after 2 days. To get the call connected is a herculean task, because he never attends the call. Even if he attends the call also, after telling our name he will put the call on hold for a minute. Meanwhile he will check who is this customer, what story he had told to that customer. Then will continue to speak the rest of that story on call. Everything is lame excuses. He will attend the call till he collect the cash from customer. Meanwhile i just typed his mobile number on google. I could see lot of bad reviews against this man. He has cheated many people since 2016. Collecting the advance amount for tv parts, absconding with tv, not covering tv warranty etc. Then i started to collect information about this guy. He has kept multiple address on internet to mislead the customers and not to find him. I found his shops are closed more than 6 months before, from the neighbor shops i got better clarity about this guy. Everybody shared the same answer, he is big fraud. I have verified all his shops. Nothing is genuine, and everything is fake. When he realized that i am chasing him, he shouted at me, asked that what i will do and told me to go and compliant to police and he has no problem at all. Also, i asked him to return my advance amount. But after that call he messaged me on whatsapp, he is ready to pay the amount. But still he did not pay. He will tell today tomorrow like that it got extended.. Same story was repeated all over again. Meanwhile i met 1 more person who is cheated by the same technician. Mine is 7000 and his was 15000 and that too collected on 2018 december. We both reported this incident to pallavaram s5 police station. Next day i went along with police to check his address. Shop was in closed state. And it looks like nobody has opened that shop for months and nobody was there and moreover we can’t say it’s a tv repair shop. It’s like a pump-set room under the staircase of 1 apartment. Police inspector called this guy over phone and asked to report in station in an hour.in police station, he behaved like a decent guy. There he settled our amount. I have all proofs (Call records, what’s message screen shots) against the owner of shifa electronics. Most of the positive reviews are fake done by him or his friends. No one should be cheated like us in future.

This guy has most number of reviews here in Tambaram area. Most of them are fake. So people will definitely hire this man. And Sulekha providing all kind of help to this business profile owner to cheat public.

Nowadays if someone dials his number, he will attend the call and will tell you that, “the owner is out of station and his assistant is speaking”. Then he will ask all our details.”. But owner has no assistant, everything is scam. He himself speaking as his assistant over phone to his customers/Police just escape from them.

Sulekha should take action against this. Because many people are cheated by this guy daily.

I have a raised a complaint to refund my money as i want to cancel my business listing with sulekha because Im not receiving proper leads from sulekha even I receive the leads clients wont turn back or they wont pick our calls. Just now an executive called me and said that 20% of whole some will be charges as cancellation charges. i paid 18000/- including GST. Remaining amount in my account is 9456/-. They are deducting 20% on 18000/-. How is it acceptable? They say that's our company policy. I didn't earned even a single penny from this bloody service. Please refund the total pending amount. Because I lost lots of business and time because of taking this service.

Kindly request you to delete my account and remove my mobile number from getting calls and messages. I registered for some outsourcing requirement. But got it elsewhere. Tried to delete account, there is no option for it.

I was searched a plumber for my house motor purpose sulekha provide a theft guy fraud plumber he is take 1500 for a pipe stick. He's not solve my problem but cash taken that theft dog.
