Sulekha.com — private finance loans

When i posted my requirement on 24.01.2019 for private personal loan and i received list of people involved in private financeloan from sulekha. After that i got a call from ms. Maheshwari (Fake name) om shiva shakti enterprises and asked for my documents, which was shared through whatsapp. She asked for processing fee of rs.1000 to process the application, which i sent through netbanking. Later next day, she said that i will get loan amount of rs.1, 60, 000. Immediately on the next day, she said that the loan amount will be transferred to your account on condition to pay rs.3500 for the gst & insurance purpose. Having trust on sulekha.com, i transferred the amount to them and later there was no response from their side. Lately, i found that i am the victim to a fraud company, which was posted in sulekha.com. I had the trust on people like you.

Secondly, on the day of 19.02.2019, i again posted my query in sulekha and the process was same. This time i received call from meena (Fake name and the same person speaking in hindi, earlier in telugu), focus consultancy services.

Now, i want to know whether sulekha.com is fulfilling due diligence to register them in your website, or simply doing your business on the cost of customers. Don't you have any responsibility to find out whether they are genuine or not. Otherwise, you tell me its not your cup of tea and doing your business for fraud companies. Do these companies have any registration or bank mou's or what is the criteria to post their ad in the website.

I am giving details, if at all you want to do something. Anyway, i am approaching consumer court in this regard.
