Ad on your site by the name 'shibnath aya centre' is complete fraud please remove it as i have been fooled by their services. It is a very fraud agency... They talk nicely while booking take complete guarantee that maids are good and take two months advance.. I booked a maid and paid advance also but the maid was not upto the mark and had physical disability (About which i wasn't told earlier), when i asked for refund of one month advance money since i couldn't keep the maid for two months because she couldn't msnage, the agency person (Dolly) who is complete fraud stopped picking my calls. Very bad agency don't book a maid from here.!

Worst service ever have experienced, there is no proper coordination from sulekha team, initially all sugar coated talks these guys do then later stops to respond, whatever mode we try. Sumit from sulekha claims himself to be the manager but there is zero professionalism in him and no public relation at all. We have registered with them 15 days back from 11800/- before paying 11800/- rigorous follow up was made, the moment they receive payment. Sumit start bullying us by not answering calls, giving reasons all the time, it took more that 72 hours for us to get registered on their list,
(Commited time was 24 hrs). After that the leads which we are receiving are shared randomly, no lead matches to our key words and location which we have selected. On asking the same to the feedback department guy salim shaikh, he says you upgrade to premium package you wont face such issue. The concern is if sulekha's trial package of 11800/- is so pathetic, how can a customer ever think to upgrade the package. To make is more easier we had made whatsapp group, so that sumit can easily access to our grievances, heights are these, he reads all our messages and neglect straightly. Kindly understand whosover will read this, we are running a brand, if we dont get proper leads it is directly affecting our business, if genuinely there is someone responsible, kindly revert.

He said he will be providing us the service on the very next day as we pay but now he is not even trying to pick up our call and totally ignoring us.i will sue you all if my request is unattained and your agents are fraud as they take the money and don’t even reply.i have made the pass through google pay.

I have posted an advertisement regarding rental property. But now the property is rented out. So please deactivate or delete the advertisement coz i'm getting too much calls. Sulekha agent comes with big promises. They will take money.

If they are not able to generate leads for your business, they will add unwanted paid services.
Based on their own mapping the leads are sent and my money vanishes.
When i complained they cheat saying that you were suggested then only we added services.
They are refusing to refund the money also.

Do not trust this company.

Kindly delete my account and number from your account. Currently i am not interested in any course. So need to avoid phone calls. It disturb me very much. Too annoying. I get calls several time. So it is much disturbing also. And also i am not interested in it anymore. But different people call me different time and they ask about my self. I don't like it. I took a one 1rk with reference from sulekha.com with my boy friend at susheel apartment shanti nagar, decided to stay from december 2018 but due to some issue i postponed it to february 2019 the owner agreed on it. I stayed there for 1 day, i came to know the washroom door cant be locked and the exhaust fan also not working so basically there was no way for the air to go from kitchen to washroom because there only one way for the smoke to pass that is from kitchen to washroom exhaust fan which is also not working. I complained to the owner, she told she will fix it (Washroom door) after 2 weeks. I claimed that fix it soon because otherwise i will leave it from next month. She argued and told me to go out of the house.in the mean time i already paid 10, 000 rs to the owner before entering the house itself. My mistake was i didn't check the washroom door. I went to collect my 10, 000 rs. Back but the owner refused to pay me back and started abusing and black mailed me that she want to meet my parents and tell about the live in relation to them. When i posted my requirement on 24.01.2019 for private personal loan and i received list of people involved in private financeloan from sulekha. After that i got a call from ms. Maheshwari (Fake name) om shiva shakti enterprises and asked for my documents, which was shared through whatsapp. She asked for processing fee of rs.1000 to process the application, which i sent through netbanking. Later next day, she said that i will get loan amount...

Hi this is mehul mehta i had got online tutor ajit singh from your online tution services and he has not been coming to provide tution regularly to my son he has taken advance 4000 but has not given tution for 2 hours as well. I am really disappointed with the kind of people you partner with as he is not only answering my calls but also has played with my son's future. I have opened account with sulekha for growth of my business. But far from growth i have lost my invested money.
Sulekha gave me 40 leads in month but 30 leads irrelevant.
Still i not get some leads scrapped.
Several times i called to customer care, chat with customer support, mail to [protected]@sulekha.com.
But they have only one answer please wait. I got reply my mail they can't find irrelevant leads which i send to them. They also not give any answer for why leads are irrelevant.
Each and every lead cost of money.
Also i am tried to cancel my subscription from 18 feb'19. But not able to done. I charged rs.2596/-. Customer care tolled that they can't able to cancel. I want call back but they said it is not possible.

Please do something for my hard earning money.

I want proper business or get back my money. I do not want any account with sulekha if they not scrapped leads properly.

I have requested the tech support and in fact, called them several times and emailed them so many time to delete the review I have posted on https://www.sulekha.com/champions-child-care-day-care-center-seethammadhara-visa...⇄ .

They never got back to me about my request. They should have some feature for the user to edit or delete the review but there is nothing like that available for the user.

We registered for day care service for my child. We got it. But unnecessarily getting calls. Please unregister mobile number from your database.

My location is hyderabad. Registered for day care schools info in and around y location in sulekha.

We got the school we are looking for.

I want to unregister from sulekhs as we are still getting calls.

I want my account deleted on sulekha as i’m getting spam calls since registering. I don't wish to get services from sulekha.com and netheir do i want my profile with personal nos there as i believe they are supplying my nos to people without permission and invading my privacy. This is highly disappointing and i would want this issue to be resolved at the earliest.

I registered for split ac installation at home. Cryogenics company located at jagathy called me and assured me about the installation. But on the second day onwards water leakage is heavy and i informed them several times. This was happened on october month. They gave a bill of 5800 for installing two acs. Please take an action regarding the same and this type of activity cannot be entertained in future and try to solve my problem with immediate effect

Nipun patel (Not sure if its him or another person who stole the id), claims he is out of state helping his sick father and will have his leasing agent get the keys delivered to us. However, on transferring $2500 to him he stopped responding. His phone number that he used was[protected]. His email id is [protected]@gmail.com. Please donot send any money to him. He is a fraud and a scam.

Horrible experience from sales team. I had received a call from some one name rahul from sales team he called me from [protected].. He just wanted sales even to the expanse of telling lies.. The guy tells me that lead service for photography starts at 15000/- whereas it actually starts at 2000/- (Most of the time he didn't even let me speak even after i kept asking him please let me speak... He kept interrupting me) and at the end when i told him the actual price given on the app.. The guy just discontinued the call... I even tried calling him back but he totally ignored my call.. This is by far the worst customer care experience i had in my life... Note: please don't sell lies... Stop cheating..

I am vipul gupta availing services of sulekha for generation of customer leads regarding life insurance from 16th nov2018 and i paid them rs. 9500/-.

From the date of joining till date (08feb2018) only i received scrapped leads no single lead received regarding my business.

Either the leads regarding seeking business from me or they providing job to me but no lead is for providing business to me.

Inspite of many emails no improvement in quality of leads provided to me till date. Merely calling back to me is not solution to my problem.

Promising and committments from your side at the time of joining are only fakes.

Kindly refund my amount as i will not be a part of fake company by any mean.

Please dont pay any amount to sulekha company. Fraud and fake company.
