[Resolved]  Sulekha.com — Terminating Owner from Account without his Consent

Hi,
I am Arka Mollick ([protected]) from Kolkata.
Few months back, I have opened a Car Rental Service named "goRidez" in Kolkata which was a partnership Firm with the

partners named as Ms.Khushi Dolwala ([protected]) and Mr.Pawan Dolwala ([protected]).
In order to open the account in Sulekha, we had to submit our Trade License copy along with various other Documents to

Sulekha's local representative Mr.Amit ([protected]) who opened our account in MPM Account.
Now in course of time, there was a tension among the partners which lead to one of the partners Khushi to terminate me

(Arka).
Now when I want to know the status, information along with all the details of my account, the representative is behaving

rude and saying I am not the part of the account and cannot share the info.

Now the question arises:

1) How can the Representative Amit terminate me without my concern??
In the trade license, it was clearly written as Arka, Pawan and Khushi are the Partners. Please check the Trade License

for further verification.

2) Even after asking him, he repeatedly behaved rudely for not sharing the info of my account.
I am still a legal part of goRidez and still haven't resigned from the company for the which the account is present in

Sulekha.
And he behaved nonsensical for no reason.

PFB the status of goRidez Account according to my knowledge and Information collected:

27th June'16 - Rs.12650
2nd July - Sulekha MPM Account Active
25th July - Rs. 6325 Cheque bounced (Cheque no. 00037)
25th Aug - Rs. 6325 Cheque Cancelled (Cheque no. 000039)
31st Aug - Rs. 17250 Cheque Cancelled (Cheque no. 000055)
3rd Sep - Rs. 5250 Cash
5th Oct - Rs. 5274 (from initial Rs.12650)
5th Oct - Sulekha Miracle Account Active
7th Oct - 12000 Cash

Please verify and provide me with correct details in my mentioned email Id: [protected]@gmail.com

Please make Mr. Amit clarify how can he just terminate my name from the account without even my acknowledgement.
If this is the nature of how a professional representative of a well known brand behaves, then it should be a shame for

the brand and people like me who are marketed falsed won't be interested in doing business at all.
Ultimately, the loyalty of the customer fails.

Please take it at utmost priority to resolve the Issue from your end
Please be assured, without proper clarification, I will report this to higher authority and take proper legal actions if required.
