Sulekha.com — wrong item received from great indian saree | |||
We have ordered a saree of cost Rs. 1150 from Great Indian Saree but received a totally different saree which is very cheap in quality and low in cost. They have mentioned on their website that in case defective/wrong item received, email details on the given email id and they will refund/replace the item. But when we did so they are not replying neither on email nor on calls. Their given contact nos are always busy or switched off. We have also send messages on whatsapp no but they are reading those messages but not replying anything. Rs. 1150/- is very huge amount which has all gone wasted.
