Sulekha.com — fraud customer care number

I ordered shoes of rps 299 with shipping charges 20 rps total 319 from favebay
I did not got my parcel from past 12 days
So i searched costumer care number of favebay in google search i got the fraud numbers from
Sulekha.com the number are +[protected],[protected] both are fraudes they asked my details and debited 5000 from my account... Plzz sir help me😪😪😪

To answer your query on what if a customer enrolls with different mobile numbers – Sulekha does Physical address verification, thereby avoiding the blacklisted customers from being enrolled.
We regret to say this but, Service Providers and Users are completely responsible for working out the exchange and performance of services. Sulekha is not responsible for any non-performance or breach of any contract entered into between the Users and Service Providers since it is beyond the control of Sulekha.
