[Resolved]  Sun Direct — amount debited from account but not recharged

Address:Narayana giri village, 506142

I have done the payment of rs. 25 from my sun direct app via their upi mode through my bhim app paytm.
The amount is credited to upi id [protected]@axisbank.

Amount debited from my bank account, but recharge not done. I called and mailed so many times to sun direct customer care but the problem still pending.
My sun direct id number is [protected]
Kindly pls look into this.

I have recharged an amount of RS 50 to my sun direct account through upi.The amount is debited from the bank account.But it is not credited to sun direct account.The transaction ID no.is[protected]. dated 12/05/2019. please resolve the issue.
