[Resolved]  Sun Direct — Amount deducted from Google pay not showing in sundirect transaction history and amount not reflected

I have recharged for 1005 rs to Sun direct from Google pay but amount debited from account but it is not reflected in the sundirect account. I have recharged at 2.49 pm on May 16 2021. I tried to call the customer care they are not responding. They are just rude. I feel like it is the worst service. I am regretting for choosing sun direct over Airtel DTH. Screen shot attached below.
