[Resolved] Sun Direct — automatically changed my channel list without confirmation from user | |||
I had my subscription valid upto 30 jun 2019, as i had taken 12 months package last year. Now all of sudden, the number channels which i used to get was reduced and no confirmation or checking with me was done by company.in fact i had posted a query regarding how would my subscription be affected due to trai guidelines changes for tv channels in january 2019, but did not receive any response from them. My channel lists were just reduced on 6th march 2019 with intimation. As user i should get to choose whatever channels i want in the amount i have paid for this time period. Height o[censored]nethical behavior of sundirect is that they are politically biased too, in the regional channels they are giving only sun channels, blocking jaya tv, captain and vasant tv.
