[Resolved] Sun Direct — black screen | |||
Dear team, I have registered a complain stating black screen (Sr[protected] engineer named mr gajendrian has visited and informed that it's old setup box needs upgrade and he would change it by evening or next day morning. When i called the engineer he seems to be in rude approach and he was so happy to go for other company dth, it makes me wonder his he really an employee of sun direct?. Please let me know if you guys can resolve problem or would you force me to go for other company new connection has mr. Gajendrian sounds. I would appreciate if you can resolve asap. The Device was updating itself by downloading the ota software. After the update we are not getting the video output only audio is coming.
