[Resolved] Sun Direct — channels not displaying after recharge | |||
Hi, My smart no: 103* and i have recharged 6month malayalam cinema+sports pack. Most of the important channels (Like sun tv, surya tv, comedy central, vijay tv and much more) are not displaying after three months of recharge. This issue occurs every three months and i appoint a service guy from sun direct to fix for which i pay 250rs for every service done and this is the fifth time i am the issue. This is the worst customer service and dish tv i have used. Do resolve the issue or please disconnect my service. Was this information helpful? | |||
