[Resolved] Sun Direct — channels not showing | |||
Smart card no : [protected] Mobile no : [protected] Hi sir / madam, i am very disappointed with ur service. I paid subscription but suddenly stopped all channels. Without any reason i try to contact customer care. No use. Still waste of time and my money and my programs. Yesterday one customer care executive call to me she told it's work in 2 hrs. I told to her. Pls call back after 2 hrs kindly recheck and confirm. Because there's no way to contact you. But she not call to me and channels also not working.. Iam using sundirect starting it self near 10 yrs. My question is i paid why i missed my programs. Worst customer care support. I[censored] not fix the issue by today. We go to other dth provider.
