[Resolved] Sun Direct DTH — Required Channels not telecasted, Account balance and validity errors | |||
I, Krishna Mohan Addepalli was a valued customer for Sun Direct DTH since 6 years with Smart card no / CDSN [protected]. My Registered Mobile No is [protected]. I recharged with Rs 199 through quick recharge on 16/05/2021. I raised a request for my FTA and Zee Telugu pack on 16th but till today it was not solved. I raised a complaint with SR[protected], SR[protected] and SR[protected] I call nearly a hundred times to customer care to have a solution for the problem. Yesterday company represent called me for the fist complaint and told me your required channels will be activated with in 15 minutes and our supervisor will call you and close the SR. There is no call from any one and my SR was closed with out solved. Yesterday i raised another complaint on my login Balance and validity errors.
