[Resolved] Sun Direct — hd channel is not working properly and not getting the channel they are offering. | |||
Hd channels quality is not good and the signal is breaking. All the hd channels having some disturbance and the visual is breaking. And in normal channel whatever is mentioned, we are not getting that much channel. If you tell this problem to the concerned people here they doesn't give a damn about it. I am attaching the video how it is displaying in my mi tv. Some problem with connection or signal, the video quality is breaking. Please refund my money or transfer the recharge to my sundirect card number. because i mistakenly done recharge to another sun direct card number. please transfer that recharge to my sun dir ect smart card number. and i tried to call your customer care service but i couldnt get them for complaing please

I have paid 2300 for 1 year plan but within 6 months they disconnected the connection and when I asked customer care they were just saying that it's based on TRAI rules. Actually it costs 199 per month and for my case it have cost 383 per month. They are cheating poor people.
