[Resolved] Sun Direct — hd package recharge problems | |||
I have upgraded normal setup sun direct sdbox to hd and viewed hd for few months after that usually use normal package and now when i try to activate hd package i couldn’t. When i try to connect customer care enakulam branch. I faced completely disappointed responses and they can’t even understand i’m already upgraded. I had to wait on hold for long time to resolve this more than 30 minutes and lost lots of money too. Custemor care peoples are not even ready to hear our problems. Pleas find a solution for this.
