I have exchanged sundirect sd set top box with sundirect hd set top box model hs7530 digital satellite receiver i started watching hd channels at brahmapur orissa When i shifted my house to balugaon orissa i reinstalled it now i could not able to watch any hd channels. When i complained about the matter with sundirect regional executive he saying urs sd set top box needs to replaced with hd set top box. And sundirect website not allowing me to subcribe for hd channels earlier i subcribed hd channels on the same website with same hd set top box now sundirect denying to provide me hd channels on same smart card.
