Sun Direct — Missing channels

I have a sun direct DTH for 2-3 years now and I am unsatisfied by the poor display of channels available on the platform. Channels like Toonami and Star World Premier HD are not available on the DTH, These channels are a bit new but still unlike other DTH companies that Instantly acquire the newest of channels sun direct fails to do so. But since channels are new it can be overlooked but what about Animax it has been for quite a long time and sun direct still does not have it.It shames me to say that i have Sun direct DTH. which is why i am thinking of changing it. Please Sun direct look at these problems and look for solutions. People want new things but sadly you fail to do so.

I have recharged with Rs.280 two weeks back, after 2 days some of the main channels like sun TV, Surya TV, Kochi TV, Asianet movies etc are missing. Today I make a call to costomer care, they are telling that the technician will come to resolve the issue, for that his charge is Rs.150(that is minimum charge, if further service required have to give more money). So for one month subscription now I have to pay RS.430. This is actually cheating, regrets about the descision to take the great SUN DIRECT.
