I have recharged with Rs.280 two weeks back, after 2 days some of the main channels like sun TV, Surya TV, Kochi TV, Asianet movies etc are missing. Today I make a call to costomer care, they are telling that the technician will come to resolve the issue, for that his charge is Rs.150(that is minimum charge, if further service required have to give more money). So for one month subscription now I have to pay RS.430. This is actually cheating, regrets about the descision to take the great SUN DIRECT.
