Sun Direct — Money was debited from my account but recharge failed | |
Dear sir, I have done a recharge of Rs.199 by 12.12.2020 through sbi net banking amount debited but Transaction showed failed. I waited one day, Again 13.12.2020 evening Tried recharge for Rs.196.93 through sbi net banking same problem occured but Amount debited then again tried the same amount in UPI it was same as transaction failed. Totally 3 times failed Total amount - 199+196.93+196.93 4 the time I tried through phonepe and the recharge successful.. If I call the customer care they said it was not reflected in your account. Kindly pls refund my amount which was failed 3 times. Please do the needful Thanks! Was this information helpful? | |
