[Resolved] Sun Direct — My subscription is not activated | |
Today in the morning I subscribed 3 months basic telugu economy pack. The subscription is not activated till now. When I consulted the helpline they did nothing and told me that there is a problem in the set top box . Actually Zee telugu pack is running now. The telugu economy pack is not activated, The screen shows that I should subscribe the pack. What should I do now? Unless return my subscription money and I will move to another service.
