[Resolved] Sun Direct — no channels | |||
I recharged for 200 to my number - [protected] on sundirect webpage. Account balance is now 175!! What happened to the 25! And best of all i don't see any channels on tv!!! I called the customer care service and waited for 12 minutes for a person to say hello and hang up on me. Tried using the chat service on sundirect portal, no one replies even after 30 minutes of wait time! Please look into it. Was this information helpful? | |||

Recharge done but channel not comming.i have calling from customer care but not responding.i have done recharge 10-feb-2018 still channel is not coming.please find the problem and resolve immediately.i want to tegulu package only.
