[Resolved]  Sun Direct — not getting channels in tv

My sundirect smart card no. Is [protected]. Since today afternoon i am not getting any channel in my tv except sunnews. I contacted your customer service over phone and complained. One of your executives told me that there appears some technical problem, it will be rectified and all channels will come within 2 hours. It was 4 pm. Till now i am getting. I tried again to contact customer service but could not. Please try to sort it out immediately.

Hope positive action at the earliest.
