Sun Direct — not receiving channels as per the plan | |||
I have been chasing sundirect since past 2 months as i am not receiving all the channels as per plan. Everytime they are asking us to pay rs.150 to 200/-. I have already paid it multiple times in last 2 year but still they issue persist. They are refusing to help without payment. Request you to take appropriate action. My sundirect smart card no. I purchased sun direct SD package on 10thdecember 2017.but the technician not fixed dishantena not fixed. I compliet 10times
.but norespance from the technician & costumer care.if you're not retired I will go to consumer court for improper service. my I'd. [protected]
