Full description of the incident : monthly subscription expired, I
recharged through paytm for Rs.271.90/-.
By mistake I have recharged smart card no: [protected] instead of [protected].

Transaction ID No:[protected]
UPI Ref.Id: [protected] via Canara Bank.
Kindly refund the amount

As previously informed, we requested that you share the recharge screenshot for the incorrect payment.
However, we did not receive the screenshot from your side In the meantime, the recharge amount has already been utilized on the incorrect smart card number.
Since the amount has been consumed, we are unable to process a refund or transfer the recharge amount to correct smart card.
