[Resolved]  Sun Direct — payment through sun direct app failure

I recharged rs. 230.00 inr to my sun direct account no through sun direct app, where payment is payed via citrus payment on 15.03.2019 through hdfc internet banking. But the amount is not credited till now. My name is gopalakrishnan. Please do necessary action to get my sun direct account get recharged as early as possible. Mobile no: [protected].

Will i get my money back? I called sun direct they said "money not credited" and said issue resolved.. But i didn't get my money back.. Where is my money, when will it be refunded... I don't know...
If we get transaction successfull from bank and sun direct says payment not credited... What to do at this situation, whom to contact, how to check the transaction... Why citrus is playing with customer's money...??? Will they give it back...

I paid Rs: 230/- (Incl of 18% GST) on 27.02.2019 my plan Tamil DPO pack 2 in that plan only one channel is not coming Zee Tamil pls check it out.
From two months as the recharge takes place then service gets disconnected and not resumes and there is no response from the sundirect team, trying to reach out to them on call and on chat, but number is showing as network error and chat shows as there is no agent available for change and their site doesn’t work properly in Sundirect
