[Resolved] Sun Direct — Plan issue | |
Hi team, I had recharged for INR: 550 on 7 April 2017 as per customer service for Malayalam value pack for 3 months through Paytm Smart card number: [protected]. Right now I am getting SMS that the pack is getting expired. As a customer how we will know the policy or T&C, you people should inform the customer to call and inform to change the plan, we will think after recharge plan will automatically change. As long term relationship with sun direct..it was a bad experience, this issue should be resolved and I need a positive reply or I will cancel this connection... and will take a connection from any other company...
