[Resolved]  Sun Direct — recharge status

Address:Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala

Sir today (25/11/2018) i made recharge for 180 rs in thos [protected] smart card number and my amount deducted my recharge after 6 hours i didn't get benefit. I make the payment through freecharge app in that show that payment success and also there is confirmation from your side not get till now. Plz help me for this issue and plz provide the confirmation related to the transaction.
