Hello,

I did top up my account [protected], cdsn [protected]with 2000 but 220 rupees deducted. What is this for, ? For having sundirect logo on my terrace?
And there is no acknowledge or notice for this deductions.

Can I get quick response on this since I have to recharge for next 6 months. If your answer is not acceptable I will be discontinuing with your service.

Hello,

I requested you to share the deductions details like you have deducted so and so amount for gst on top up of so and so amount. And also there will no gst deductions while recharging from the application wallet.
I would like to get the transactions acknowledge on the same.
Also share the steps to recharge from sundirect wallet(my account balance)

Also I shared a concern about delay in activating the service after recharge which I experienced last time.

Instead of addressing this you are simply mentioning you have resolved the issue from your end!

That I should send the feedback right.

How come it is auto renewal of subscription? that too without any intimation you people took it granted?
I was supposed to change the plan!!!
I was yet to get the reply for my concerns about tax charges and recharge.
Kindly go through the mail and read the concerns, I didn't expect this kind of response.
There is no track of tickets for customer concerns.
Pathetic service and response!!!
