Sun Direct — Recharged HD prime.. But I am not getting HD channels

My smart card no. [protected].. I am from chennai... I have recharged for hd prime plan 250 yesterday... Before my plan was 199... But after recharging i am not getting hd channels.. Which i have complaint yesterday around 11 pm.. At customer care i mentioned the error message e48 -32 signal.. They told that after accepting complaint they wil send technical person with in 24 hours and asked me to pay him ₹150... I told accept my complaint and then send technical person but i won't pay any amount... They told myself to tell the technical person i won't pay... No other service provider charging for technical support... It's ok first till now i didn't receive any complaint no. For which i called yesterday... If it can't be solved pl transfer my ₹50 to my sun direct account itself i am happy with my existing 199 plan itself.. I am not willing to pay ₹150 for technical person
