[Resolved]  Sun Direct — regarding recharge issue

Hi,
I have recharged my sun direct account with Smartcard no. [protected] through sun direct app with a pack of Rs. 210 on 11 November 2019 @ 6.57 pm. The payment mode was selected as Google pay and the amount deducted and recharge is not successed till now. As I contacted the customers care, they asked me to wait for 3 hours for the recharge to be proccesed.. I want my money back or get my account Recharged. I hereby attach the details of transaction and other details. Please kindly reslove my complaint as soon as possible or else Iam going to consumer forum
