I had top up my sun direct [protected] on 10/6/19. Company offered 3 month validity for the same through amazon and sun direct kerala circle home page. On 4/8/19 i had called to customer care center of sun direct to add on channel. That time customer care executive inform me that my pack validity will expire on 10/8/19 instead of 10/09/2019 for that she told the reason i had failed to inform they after recharge.in their advertise there is no information about it. When i asked them they are telling unlogical technical problems. Kindly take necessary action to advice sun direct company to restore the same Was this information helpful? | |||
