Sun Direct — Set-top box blinking continuously - not working - access denied - regarding

The above stb is not working from 21.5.17 a. M and our complaint no is: sr[protected]., and after a lot of deliberations, the local service engineer mr. Shivkumar closed the complaint as resolved and directed me to go to his office and get the set top box free. My self gone to his office on 23.5.17 at 11.30 a. M and found his office closed and we tried him over ph. No. [protected] twice but he has not answered.

Then we have borrowed our neighbour sun direct stb and were using without any problems with my smart card till 25.5.17 a. M, but after that they have stopped access - error code displayed is irdeto - e 31 - conditional access embedded. Stb is blinking continuously and not working.

Again we gave complaint no. Sr[protected], and awaiting to get it re-solved. The other service engineer mr. Kempa raju, ph.[protected] is also not responding as of now

We are using your sun direct services from 2008 on wards, but now it is regretted as every time they demand money for your tx problems.

We have also subscribed maa tv for six months but it is denied after 3 months

Expecting free replacement of your new stb, immediately
