[Resolved]  Sun Direct — Setup box not working after software update

Hi, I have an sun direct hd setup box and I got an software update on 13/12/2021 time @ nearly 4:00pm..after software update my Setup box not working, I spoke to customer care regarding this issue and I didn't get proper solution for this issue and I asked to raise compilent and I got call from local sundirect office and they asked to share screen shot after setup box was on...they seen the screen shot and told the setup box should be replaced..and charge may be 700rs and I told I won't pay any amount for this service and for the setup box..because that issue come from sundirect side..but not getting proper response from team.
