[Resolved] Sun Direct — signal strength and quality | |||
Atleast every 2 months, sundirect stops working due to signal issue and when raising complaint, will send some technician to fix this. He charges 150 for each visit. This seems to be definitely a fraudulent activity as this happens so frequently. We are paying to view channels and also in addition for getting signal. When checked they informed 150 will be charged only once a month. So, since it's every 2 month, have to pay. Was this information helpful? | |||
