[Resolved] Sun Direct — sun dth package issue and double gst charge | |||||
Hi Sir, I am karthik my sun dth id : [protected] with registered mobile number [protected] connection in the name of karthik, our complaint regarding sun dth is cheating us our recharged amount this month 13/02/2019 we have recharged amount 200 for Tamil Dpo Papck 1 its coast Rs.199 after that we have recharged Rs.30 and Rs.10 with my existing balance Rs.17 For add five hd channels requested (SunTV HD, Star Vijay HD, Anmal Planet HD, Fox HD, FYI HD) after debiting the amount of Rs.50 they have activated only one HD chanel other all chanels normal we raised the complaint regarding this this to wrong add on in sun dth complaint no:SR[protected] till now they are not rectifying the issue star vijay already is avilable in my DP Base Pack same channel they have charged again now denying to activate for add on star vijay HD forcing to recharge it again with GST kindly requesting you do the needfull for extra charges and wrong add on channel refund or reactivation with HD Channels and also when ever recharge to sun dth with GST again they are debiting GST in the main balance after detuction, the main balance shows in the app. Thaks&Regard Karthik [protected] Eamil ID : [protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? | |||||
