Sun Direct — Sundirect hd recharged two days ago, but service not provided | |||||
Our sundirect hd smart card no is[protected] in the name of my son sujith. We recharged online using axis bank debit card on 20122015 and rs.380- was deducted from our account. But in spite of our repeated requests every one hour, they are not providing the service. Instead they are wrongly sending messages to our cell phone that the problem is resolved, without actually resolving it, every time we ring up. We have even taken up with their nodal officer tamilnadu through telephone and e mail with proof of debit in bank account and the receipt issued by the collecting agency citrus pay. But still the matter is not resolved even after 3 days Was this information helpful? | |||||
