[Resolved] Sun Direct — transaction problem | |||
I recharged sundirect dish yesterday through my sun direct app. I subscribed telugu dpo1 which is rs 212 And paid it through phone pe app and transaction details showed that i subscribed the telugu dpo 1 plan and my money is also deducted from my account When i switch on the tv, it showed to recharge and my recharge is not done and. There is no activation message to registered number since yesterday. I called customer care number several times no response and i mailed them and sent several chat messages still there is no reply Please do resolve the problem and activate our dish as soon as possible Was this information helpful? | |||
