[Resolved] Sun Direct — worst service and their customer support has illiterate people | |
Customer support person talks like a rowdy and even after telling him to slow down his voice and watch out his words. Unbelievable experience. They never sounded like trained customer support, this really needs to be investigated if they are genuinely qualified to be customer support as they will know the address and our mobile numbers. Last person i spoke to his name was prabhu and he refused to give his full name also he was not ready to connect to his manager when i asked him to. Was this information helpful? | |

I installed Sun direct DTH service which is not available ZEE Tamil HD channel I really disappointed which is good service and working Sun direct is very well
in Telugu ZEE channel available in this DTH may I know why not updated in Zee Tamil in sun direct DTH and do needful for customer satisfaction
