Sun NXT — Sun nxt subscription

My recharge for the annual subscription is successful, yet not reflected on the sun nxt website. I have proof of money debited to sun nxt on 6th Apr 2021 from Paytm. No one is answering customer care numbers. Pl, refund my money back, as I have recharged it one more time for continuity of service.
