[Resolved] Sundirect — channels not visible even I recharged 20 days before | |||||
Hi, My smartcard num - [protected]. Mob [protected]. Have reacharged and paid for fyi tv18 hd and jeet primehd 20days before.. These channels still not yet active. Have been trying to contact customer care the number will not work, have sent customercare email but no reply.. When i tried to chat thru online live chat with sundirect reps.. It had eated my time daily 1hr from past 20days. Finally they are saying it didnt refreshed... Also if they gong to activate or refreshed now.. All these 20days time i will not get accumulated... And also they saying i was not given complaint frm past 20days... If they are not rechable or not rspond.. How can we contact or solve the isshes??.. Really pathetic situation. I am Recharge my dth but channels has still not com I call u customer service there is no one answer now I am getting very sad hopeless customer service

I have recharged for 3700 in july 2018 for 1 year validity, now automatically got deactivated. The customer care people are not responding properly. In between they are disconnecting calls.
