Sir, my dth smart card no [protected] plan hd mega is changed by the service provider is sundirect with out any information.
Kindly arrange to resume my pack as per trai guidelines published in trai web site.
The service provider has also deducted some amount in my account, kindly give instructions to sundirect provider to resume my old pack and the same also be credited in my account

Sir, Sundirect DTH provider has abruptly changed the my pack of h d mega, with a validity up to 7/2019. And deducted my balance money also.Kindly and resume my old pack and credit my amount.as per the instructions of TRAI regulations the old pack is to be considered.
